Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions and one-time purchases can be cancelled at any time by contacting our support team. Since our service (QR Code Generation) is delivered instantly, cancellation requests made after using the service may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Transfer).
3. Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
Technical failure: If the generated QR code does not work and we cannot fix it.
Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same service.
